Accually there is a place in GA. But I would recommend Camm Tech in Mass.. I believe you need to speak with Brain. He fixed ours a few years back and was great to deal with. I do not have his number anymore but he did have a website..Good Luck!

I was told by Desay that Flexi 7. ?? Will not work with Vista. We went back to xp and it works fine. We dont even use the Master to much anymore since we bought a Graphtec.. But when we do need a quick cut the Master still performs...Quite loud though!!

Vista is your problem....the flexi you have will only work with XP>>>

We have a company that charges $20.00 a month .. and they connect to your computer from theirs and fixes it.. we have used their service and it has been great. If you need their # or website let me know... We just added another station (3 now ) and they connected us up through their service...

And when they get caught up in their lies and bullcrap they disappear...

We had a problem just like that. We called Roland direct. The website downloads get corupt. Let them download it right to you. It solved our problem....
