We had a problem simular to what you have stated. We stopped using the printer cable and use the USB instead. Also we use Xp and not Vista. Did you just change to vista? We changed to Vista and had to many problems we switch back to XP.

Thats weird I received a Jv33-160 last week with no box and didnt know where it came from....Thanks...lol

I have a photoshop file from a customer who is telling me that it is a vector image. Not knowing alot about photoshop I downloaded the trial version and open the file in it. Personally I think it is a bitmap, but not knowing enough about photoshop I dont want to confront the customer till i know...

We had a color problem. We down loaded the profiles off the Roland website. That did not solve the problem. We learned the best thing to do is call Roland and have them download right to you. Problem was solved ....
