We used www.signs365.com and www.blueridge-signs.com in the past before buying our printer. We were very happy with both companies. The only difference is Blueridge has a minium of $200.00. And at the time signs365 did not contour cut.

Yes it is under warrenty. We just had ours replaced at no charge. I believe the tech said it was the same pump Mutoh uses.

If you are printing large prints you cant stop it (if it is banding) We had a pc600 and it is a great printer but it is only great for small stickers...
