It might be a Flexi problem.
When I use to print using a Roland cj-500 it use to print 3/4 through then stop. The tech I used at the time told me to use the colour choice software that came with the printer. Once I did that all my prints printed 100% of the time. Maybe if you use the software...
If you have another computer you can access there site and allways buy them on sale. I made the mistake twice and never again will that happened. I bought the Christmas & easter DVD for $99.00
only to find out they went on sale the next day for $9.95@
Is the pnc1100 a printer? Allways thought it was a cutter, your blade should be 1 pc.
As to using Corel, sorry I cant help you out either. I use Illustrator and fine cut, and Onyx & efi for our printers.
We use to use christmas tree garland on the back of our screen press to get the static out of whatever we were printing. You might wanna try it on the back of your plotter. Plus it's very cheap price wise.
When ever you use 3rd party inks, 99.999% of the time your machine will still be under warranty. 100% if you buy your 3rd party inks from the company that sold you the printer.
I think you have it backwards with Grimco's service plan.

They have a new film out just for the CJ-500s using pigment inksets for doing full wraps. They claim it will go over rivets and contour curves without a problem.
