    Crops produced for human consumption are a PITA!!! You have a lot of limits on what chemicals and fertilizer you can put on them. Also where to market them, the nearest place would be 50 miles, that would be a lot of hauling time, so not really worth it here. Still neat stuff, thanks.

    Are you licensed to do electrical work? Is the cabinet UL listed? Just things to consider when being sued for a fire caused by the sign, your fault or not, these questions will be asked. Single sided signs I go 8" deep, flou lamps 10" apart, doing LED lights now instead....

    I have had PDF files open differently (fonts, stuff not flattened), not as crazy as it sounds to send it back after you have opened it in you system.

  12. How to hide a seam between acrylic panels

    Use 3/16 thick plastic and router or cut the ends at a 45 degree angle. And on one peice I weld a clear plastic strip 2" wide so it overlaps on the back. OR get the right size plastic... Lexan comes as long as you need. Or go to a flex face, that is what I'd do.

    So are you looking for a billboard banner wrap or just a normal banner? The ones used on billboards have rod pockets for wrapping over and then can be tightened....Big difference I would think.

    Just the size would be an issue in my town, even if it was a permanent material. 5400 square feet, I think our town's limit is 1500 sq ft.

    Vertical panel saw, we use several different blades, depends on what we are cutting. Not even turned the table saw on in 3-4 years...
