YES! It is a PITA!!! I have the same problems. Just re-load the fonts. Most of the time they are already there...sorry I am much help but... I have been using SignLab since SignLab 1 and every time I get a new comp this happens...using V9 now.

Just get some poly-styrene, print it, cut it down and round the corners....I make my own "customer hand out" squeegies like that all the time. Great way to use up scrap styrene.

+++print on film and apply to mag. BUT use a good film or the print will shrink and cause edge-curl and magnet FAILURE!!! dealing this a case right now...I used o just print on cheap, lam and send out...lesson learned.

Clean up! Are you using 3rd Party ink, that happened to me when I did, pretty much only in high speed printing.
