    + on dumb it down a bit...I bet no one would notice. Take at least half the cuts out.

    Yeah, print it! Back when I did alot more cut stuff I would put in a new blade, less weight, and slower speed. Also sometime I would duplicate the object so it cut twice and then really used alot less weight. What material, the 3M with the plastic liner works best for small stuff. JUST PRINT...
