No disrespect to you but no one cares "about you" this is even in reference to my site. I started out with this long drawn out crap no one cares about it and it didn't hit me until the next morning, all people care about is the basics.
how long ya been in biz, whats your clients and blah blah...
damn that looks very similiar to a VINYL EXPRESS GRC-61 that i owned, well it appears to be an older model than i had. Mine was a 99. damn good plotters though. i do have the owners manual on disk do a google for GRC-61
When I sit down with client and design a logo and we finally come to an agreement and signs are produced, that logo is theirs! I dont need it I dont want it. I NEVER understood on letterheads when sign people kept saying "The sign company or the disigner owns the rights to a logo " that is dumb...
scuff the back of the signs and put quarter size silicone squirts in all 4 corners, duct tape in place and remove tape after 1 hour. it will last and it will not fall off
Liquid nails is crap for signage and after a few seasons it will fail. there no need to worry about a 2 part epoxy, gorilla...
typical state worker attitude...IT AINT MY PROBLEM. There are waaaay too many people in this world that do not take care of their jobs. This guy right here should be fired. i hope you got it in writing OR in email response to what he said and agreed on the OT charge cause he will deny he knows...
I admire the workmanship and the project itself I just cant say I like the art. its just too much going for my tastes. Im simple like that. Kudos for what you did though
I think it looks great, nice and clean as far as the old graphic being on it, it's been on for 10 years I don't think it's going anywhere. I would have done the same thing.
My question is IF a job is installed by a CERTIFIED 3M installer does this help with product failure?. What Im getting at is if 3M says a product will last 7 years and in 6 it starts to fail with the fact it was installed by a certified installer helpt to recoup it?...Im thinking not
thats not the point! Whether it cost you $5 or $100 its not the point. I think all should be brought out to surface. We all know how customers are! and we as self employed know what all they can do and will do when it comes to paying up time!
if you absolutely have no other option, cut with jigsaw using a large tooth wood blacde and then go back at slower speed and knock debris off. It is a pain and sometimes that all we got is a jigsaw.
And your point is Pro?...the ONLY people that leave negatve feedback are usually the ones that are a PITA!!!! Time and time again this has been proven
I say dump the loser. This is why I deliver signs after they come in or done. People love to place orders and once that "nut" has been...
I run into this PMS stuff and it gets so damn old. Everytime I do some business cards or do a vinyl sign I tell people:
Everything in this world is NOT going to match your pms color, your letterhead, your cards, your magnets your sign. There is no way it can. some are glossy some are matte...
I have used matthews and seen it powder out less than 2 years later, I dont know why maybe it our weather. BCCC is not overkill when your always painting with this stuff. I step out of the box and tried mathews and I didnt feel the love from it. thats my 2 cents
I do know of one other pylon...
you have a back window with already too much on it. Its too spaced out and hard to keep focus on the read. wheres your logo at> where your phone number?
it took me another guy about 3 hours to lay all these down, not too bad. we folded back the top backing about6" and got that straight and he squeegeed with a 24" felt tip as i unrolled from the bottom. We did have to go back and trim to bottom corners as the material did strtch just a little...
