If you are carefull and meticulous then you can do it many ways (table saw, skill saw with straight edge, pre cutting and laying down one by one etc....).
If you want to bang out the job and go onto the next without thinking much, then Gino's method is best.

I had Angry Birds on my phone ... Played through allot of maps then there was one map where i just could not finish .. It got me so angry that i deleted the game from my phone!
But i have since become addicted to playing Quake Live on my computer! It's been 3 months now and i am playing it...
I-90 is a real easy drive. Nice to, especially in the fall.

That's funny .. .The prices i get from Merritt enables me to sell large banners at the same prices than what supplyers in Montreal or Toronto give me (wholesale prices my a$$).
Even not knowing your numbers i would say you were way to cheap on this job.
That looks like a case where maybee the owner or a top employee was trained and certified ... But once a job goes into production who's to say that the employee doing the work was actually trained him/herself?
I would have no problems using a design a customer got for free of the internet. In fact .. it would be very profitable on my end since being a small shop .. layouts can take up precious time.
As far as request for prices with sketches .. I can be rude as well (been told already). I tell them...
The time it takes to find artwork for this you might as well do a rubdown with pencil and paper then scan that in your computer and redo it with vector tools.
