Just spoke with a Proveer rep yesterday. They have a promo with the new HP and a Graphtec plotter for 29k cnd. I guess in the US, the printer alone would prob go for around 22k or so.

Same here ... I have a RSC 1400C and i do run 48" premask over computer cut vinyl graphics. Either printed/laminated/cut or straight cut vinyl. Works great but for me i have to keep the tension on with my hands especially when going over empty areas. It keeps everything stable with no wrinkles...

I just found the reason why i didn't get a particular company's fleet work after quoting them a few times. It's because the prints are not laminated! I just cleaned off one of those vehicles to re-letter it to one of my customer's company that had bought it used. Sure they used 2mil vinyl but...

The 10% is normaly on the amount of money that is borrowed and not what the equipment is worth. Say you buy that 15 000 printer. Pay half of it up front, have small lease payments and at the end you pay 10% on 7 500$ that was borrowed. At least that's how it works up here. And yes leasing can...

Yeah i got the service manual when it came out. I don't have a digital copy of it (maybee i still do but i haven't checked since i printed it all on paper and have it in a binder. :thumb:)

Yeah ... I guess i should ... That's what my service manual says to do (SC-500). My printer has been running steady and has not been sitting idle at all. I had talked to a couple of techs to come in and do it but one of them is in Montreal (2 hours away ... if there is no traffic ... ha!) and...

Curious to know if you really have to flush the inks out when changing DX2 heads. I have everything i need to change the dampers, o-rings, capping station, pump and heads. I will be doing it this week but after reading this i am wondering if i skip the "flushing the inklines with cleaning...

To hell with all of you! .... Last night i couldn't watch Storage wars or Shipping wars! I just can't anymore now that i know it is totally scripted! I was lucky that PBS had back to back American experience documentaries. First was Annie Oakley then it was on Jesse James. And NO COMMERCIALS...
