LEt me ask another question, should I be able to feel the heater on the rear? If I put my hand on the front one I can feel the heat but I feel nothing on the back. Maybe something is wrong with the rear heater?

When you loaded the new cartridge did you happen to do a cleaning with cleaner cartridges first? I'm thinking maybe you didn't do an ink fill and there is still cleaning solution in the line? Give us a little more info and we will try to help you out!

I had just put in new carts of ink, left for the day and the next day I walked in to all 6 carts of ink all over the floor because the overflow tank overflowed...
I was getting a lot of bad printing, lines going through my prints, colors not firing correct, etc. I tried everything that I could think of and read through every post here about cleaning the heads etc. Nothing helped and I just could not get it to print well.

OK back up, printing good and I now have a little less hair on my head but thanks to you guys I also have a huge smile on my face!!!
