I have been printing banners for the past week but they look fine. No difference in ink coverage or anything.

Thanks for that file, im going to print it and stick it right to the front of the printer. Any ideas why it would soak up on me that fast? I havent been doing any more printing than usual.

How often should the spittoon pad need to be replaced? I just replaced it the other day and its full of ink again already. Is there something else that may be making the heads spit more than they should? Or am I just loosing my mind? lol :ROFLMAO:

I second that. I had an issue with my Falcon Outdoor and when I called they were great to me.

I think I just figured it out. The profiles on Fellers site are specifically for Valuejet series printers. I have a Falcon Outdoor. Is there any way to convert it to work with my printer?

I need to put the icc profile for zeelon 13oz banner into flexi 8.6 I downloaded the .ptf file from Fellers website, converted it to an .icc from the ptf file and when I hit add profile in the profile section it sees it but wont add it. Am I missing a step? It's been a while since I have had to...

I did it on mine. Was not difficult at all. Just take your time and ask questions if you are not sure of something. Just my personal opinion, if you are replacing the black might as well replace the color while you have it all apart. Also might as well replace the dampers while you are at it...

I like my 62! Has it's quirks but they all do. Only other brand printer I would get if I had the funds right now would be a Summa but thats a whole other beast.

I am sure that that is a huge help especially for color matching issues but my issue is not color matching it's the ink drying on the media (I think).

Anyone have any idea of what ink usage costs are on a Falcon Outdoor? I'm sure this has been discussed before and I am beating a dead horse and I know that it will vary depending on media and coverage but I just figure I would see if anyone has a standard that they go by or a general idea?
