2 things to check first, Are you using a different profile than you usually do? Check the dampers and see if they have ink in them. They should be about half full.

So just an update on my problem... I had someone run the cleaning carts as stated and then my problems occurred. So I find out later that the cleaning carts did not have much fluid in them and when the cycle was finished the carts were sucked dry! I took the covers off and sure enough there...
