Get a dehumidifier for starters.

What kind of distances will it travel? You could try some sort of banner frame system that they could swap out the banners on or maybe even a channel frame using a rigid substrate that they could slide the different logo's into.

I would try printing it without the logo in the middle the word and the round logo thing. See if you still get the line. If you do it has to be something with the rip profile changing the color for some reason once it gets to where the logo is.

OK so I didn't run the printer for a few days... 4 to be exact. Its a Falcon Outdoor 62. I start it up today and I am only printing from one head. Not getting any ink from the other. I have ink in the dampers, I checked the fuse with an Ohm tester and it's fine. Doing a head soak now to see if...

Changing the fuse sounds harder than it actually is... Just read that thread and go slow and carefully.

Can you give a little more information? Was it printing before you changed the parts? What does it do? Power on? Go through the motions like it is printing? Did you set the home position, head rank, etc. after changing all the parts?

Yeah, I get a pop up every time that says that it is a trial and will expire after 60 days. Good idea about bribing one of my suppliers! I am also going to call the guy that I bought it from to see if he has the disk but if memory serves me right he said that he did not. Thanks

ok, so I am doing just as my instructions say to do. Reg marks are set to Mimaki type 1, Mark Detect is turned off, I am setting the origin at the lower right mark and then sending it to cut from Flexi. Now when I do this it pulls the sheet all the way back to the lower right edge of the vinyl...

Thanks guys, I had no idea that there were sensors in the rollers... I am just getting a chance to mess around with it now so I will post my results with moving the rollers. In the meantime if anyone else has any suggestions?

ok so I have a mimaki CG 75 FX here that I am trying to figure out how to use... I can make cuts just fine, I am using Flexi 8.6 My question is with contour cutting, I printed something out with the mimaki 1 marks on it, I think I set the cutter up correct but I must be missing something. When...

Got it working with the serial cable now so it must be something with the USB.

I can try that but Flexi works with my other cutter that I have and that is USB also so it wouldn't make sense unless there is something with the cutters end of the USB?
