So we bring the artwork into our Filemaker system using the URLs provided by the API. We also recently had them custom code the ability to replace the customer artwork using the API. This allows us to put preflighted artwork in it's place so we're ready for a reorder. There isn't much in the way...
We could very well be getting a deal. Generally software subscription companies grandfather in older customer's pricing. My guess is if we signed up today for what we are getting we would be paying more.
We have never had a price increase just for sake of an increase. Every time our price goes...
No, we bring everything into FileMaker through the API, then send it through our system from there. I don't think we we signed up 4 years ago that was a thing. Can you go into more detail about what that does for you?
I assume we're on their top tier. We broke away from the plan structure with all our customizations. I think we pay around $500 a month. A lot of that is for additional storage and a faster server (AWS) because of the order volume and file storage needs we have. It really is a great value.
I think this has to do with the style of shop you are. There are shops out there that provide the highest level of customer service, and they charge for it. These shops might stop a job even after it's started printing to help the customer. These shops also weed out alot of BS with higher...

Whatever you do, get the IO table. It's alot more money...
Spot on.
Here's my price. Here's why my price is what it is. Here's what I can do to lower it if this doesn't meet your budget.
You should always be looking at ways to lower cost if you consider yourself a production shop. If you sell yourself on being an artist, you should always be looking...
I would be uncomfortable with that as well. Without testing the materials over time you have no idea what might happen.
General formulations 210 + 109 is a good 2 part system for floor graphics.
We also offer them if you don't want to mess with buying a full roll -...
I think if you are looking at Esko, you should be looking at Zund and possibly Multicam. You get what you pay for here, but most shops don't need the Zund/Esko level of cutter. The difference will really start to show after your running hundreds of boards a day, 7 days a week.
