agreed about wanting a bigger printer to print bleeds... I just thought the word 'substrates' always meant the rigid sign board we mount prints on, not the media we print on... yes 54" is a far more common media width... I have a 63' printer, so hadn't thought much about the media purchasing...

wow... that's some pretty nice looking work for not knowing the program well... I use it daily for 10 years... but just for the same few scratch the surface things... and I have almost never use a stroke of any kind in PS, except I remember seeing it in layer styles... but I just went to see...

I think you should take Rodi's advice & set everything back to default, use canned profiles, use Rolands versaworks & use OEM inks... beyond that you might also want to make sure you are not color blind, because that combination works fine for hundred or thousands of professionals every day...

Most vinyl printers print vinyl just fine, they are different, but the differences are more refined then "bright & great" or not bright and great. Maybe you could spend 5 minutes and explain EXACTLY what you wish to print, and that could help give better advice.
