I know you can get the code to embed a twitter update on your website, and i know you can set your wordpress blog to also update to a twitter account automatically... so although I'm quite sure there should be a more direct path to accomplish your goal, you could use the combination of those 2...

I've done dozens with a pair of sizzzors... just pencil in a line (I used to use a film container lid... back in the days of film) They make corner rounding tools, that work for a number of materials, but if you are slow and careful, sizzors do just fine!
