  1. Font help! customer here waiting.....

Yeah just charge him. And you can use that font on Just Married signs and stuff. Love.....Jill
  2. Here is another

Try spacing the TTs closer and welding them. Would look better without the rounded outlines. Look how much easier Signme's thumbnail reads.
  3. Here is another

AhhhhH. Now just skootch the subcopy over to the right... Nice, clean, and balanced.
  4. Business Card Design

If you are set on that I would really simplify your background. There is just too much color. Just make your logo big on the front put your laundry list on the back. I wouldn't put your email on the card assuming there is a contact page on your website, and I would remove the brackets from your...
  5. Business Card Design

I also don't like how it implies that you are cheap (lots of price references/discounts etc) But that's really none of my beeswax. Here's a suggestion for front and back.
  6. Hi from Germany,

Hello from near Pittsburgh PA. My great great great grandmother was born in Germany. You probably never met her, though. :) Love.....Jill
  7. Here's another preliminary concept

I like that other concept a lot better. Nicer colors, read better, etc. I don't mind looking at guy's crotches at all so that was never an issue. Perhaps add a fan of transparency going out from the sprayer. A fan that looks like the shape in the logo.

Adrian!!!! You can't forget the H!
  9. Hello from Belgium...

Howdy from Butler PA home of summer teeth. Some are missing, some are brown, etc etc. Love...Jill
  10. Business Card Design

They both look kind of off balance to me, with almost angry colors. For example, on the first one, my eye wants to see the logo on the left. I think I'd try a regular baseball with red stitching as a background. I really think the digital looking font is cheesy. Assuming this is the front and...

Now fix your spacing. I thought that font had an old time "Pittsburgh Brewing Company" type look. Looks a lot better than the firetrucky font.
  12. I'm sticking to my guns...right?!

Had a woman call yesterday asking if I did electric signs (I don't) I always refer these calls to my longtime local sign pal who has been in the biz longer than I've been alive. She said she'd called him and that he was too expensive. I asked her what was more important, cheapness or having a...

What about Hensler? http://www.letterheadfonts.com/fonts/hensler.php The A N Y on company is still wonky. I hope you don't think I'm picking on you, I think you have a lot of potential. You just need to learn a little bit more.
  14. Happy Birthday Rcook99!

    :birthday: :U Rock: :loveya: Jill
  15. Here's another preliminary concept

At a real quick glance all I see is what looks like an orange picket fence. Their name is too small or too hard to notice. And why two "logos"? Why does the small one on the door have mainly blue tones yet the pic on the van have orange tones with an entirely different logo? I like the idea of...
  16. Here is another

That's a lot better. Try graduating to a more schoolbus yellow behind the chef. Check your kerning on Company. Your drop shadow on chef doesn't match your drop shadow on the lettering.
  17. My logo- it needs an enema

Something like this maybe? I usually wouldn't use two fancy fonts in the same layout tho.
  18. I'm sticking to my guns...right?!

I have had a "$25 Minimum Order" sign hanging in my office for at least 20 years. If people come in, they see that. But when they call, they will eat up as much free time as you allow. I have no problem with offering advice. I even tell people to go to other shops for things I don't do. On one...
  19. It's been awhile...

Reverse the Buddha and put him on the right so that the lettering is leaning into him. Make a new panel for tobacco & novelties (fix kerning in novelties) then put the scroll under it. I think overlapping them is too busy. But I like the look and feel of this. Love.....Jill
  20. Our National Anthem

Always thought this should be our National Anthem anyway.
