Version 2 is better but I don't like to see a script used alongside a casual font. I would try to use as little of that Graham font as possible.

Auto Service needs to be more important than the phone number. I like when all the digits are the same size. Thinner font on number thicker on auto service. Try the name in just white with no yellow fade.

I think the lighter brown drop shadow is hurting it. It looks great, but I think it would be ever sweller with just the dark brown. :) Would make "The" lighter too.

Yeah the sun was actually shining here for about 10 minutes, I dunno how he didn't see his shadow. My dear old friend from near Punxsy passed away last May. He was 91. :(
