I repeat...3M adhesive remover. Apply, and scrape with plastic blade. Repeat as needed.

Windex is the worst thing to put vinyl on with. it has amonia in it. Even the "normal" windex has some not just the windex with amonia...

FYI Stickers are adhesive paper, are you doing vinyl graphics? There is a girl in Mizzou that does stickers, I think here name was Edna, she used to be on here...I hope she returns....blue.
