The correct material is a polycab (lexan) sign face with 3M trans vinyl (3630).
Acrylite will crack too easily in cold weather climates.
This should sell around $25-$27 a square foot lettered, does not include install.

Cricutters don't know any better....to them it is a hobby and if the sign lasts 6 months, so what,
they will be onto a different hobby by then!
How big is it? I would use MDO or .080 Aluminum for a smaller sign (under 4x4).
Whatever you use you need longer straps hooked to the pole, at least 12" down so you have more than just two bolts holding that up. I would put strapps all the way down each end and have 4-5 bolts in each side.
I am sorry...99 of a hundred jobs if you count all the guys coming in that watch too much "Fast N Loud" and the first sentence is "It is just a sticker" emuff said!
Sucks to be a shop depending on thier yellow page add...Seriously! If you are a shop with a good rep, what are you worried about? BTW we TURN DOWN 4 out of 5 wrap jobs that call us....
