    Doing stuff like car shows will only get "those" kind of customers...the ones that watch too much "fast n loud" and will tell you "it is jist a sticker"...bottom feeder customers imo. BTW I love fast n loud, I have a 76 Bronco..not fixed up like that.

    I don't think so...not made to cut all the way through....sorry to burst your bubble. That plotter is only made to cut the vinyl and lam, not the backing too. Die cutting would be the method for that.

    What world do you live in? We use Trans vinyl on POLYCARB never plexiCRAP, if it need a full color print we print it on our roland using trans white film. You are WAY over thinking this simple job!

    What are you cutting? Are you seriously cutting all the way through the backing paper?????? That is not meant to cut all the way through the paper backing. That is what it looks like you are trying. Good way to waste your cutting strip.

    Awesome skill, I had that same gustow back in 1988! The sad part is how to make a living doing that! Sorry to say it is NOT in commercial Sign maling, he needs to find a niche market. MAD Skill, needs to target retro car shops and stuff like that!. Glad to see the art continue!
