That works. I could also mask in flexi & export as a bitmap... but dosen't answer my question. What I had done was created the mask in flexi (which only shows the masked portion) then I exported as an ai. into Illy for another application. When in Illy the outside borders re-appear as shown...

The box, although not visible, still shows up beyond the boundary of my banner. How do I eliminate that? Or is that not possible in Illy?

I thought it would work well, but I had someone tell me it would crack with the expansion & contraction of the wood.

Has anyone used clearshield on bare wood for an outdoor application??? How does it hold up over time? Any cracking or peeling? What other products would you recommend that wouldn't maintain the natural look of the wood?
