You folks do some nice work. Excellent craftsmanship on the construction of this one, but it needs to be about 2 feet wider. The "century 21" needs some breathing room also.

I'm wondering how you "ripped" it? did you actually pull the vinyl off the backer paper? Was it a metallic vinyl or some of the transparent stuff? Those products will rip (instead of stretch) when you pull on an inside corner, lets say easier than a regular vinyl. Like others have said...
