i worked in radio for years. the best advice i can give is that they ONLY do what is best for them when it comes to ratings and or money. this goes for vendors and THEIR employees. i saw many of my friends get tossed out of the building the second their ratings came in lower than the station...

careful with the edge sealer... that stuff is BAD news if you plan to remove it from anything except glass, and i dont mean fiber glass.

make good and sure its feeding perfectly straight. skewed media will cause a head strike usually in the middle to left side of the print.

your going to have to seem it. there is no way to do that in once piece, AND have it not fail. i can do that in one piece all day long. its not hard. but put it outside in the sun for 10 mins, and it will fail.

the adhesive flows out after 24 hours. faster with heat. air egress is perfectly fine on a boat.

huh? of course use an air egress media. use 180c. its spec'ed by 3M for marine use.

my little thread is blooming :blush:.. but i have to say that if you think 3M will setup up to the plate to help you fix a problem with a media failure because you used OEM ink, you got a serious surprise coming. those two little words "installer error" are very powerful. are you 3M certified...
