Taking the heat into consideration, I would create the graphics on aluminum sign panels and attach the panels to the cart using nylon or rubber spacers around the perimeter, so the graphic panels have some breathing space between it and the cart, maybe 1/8" or 3/16". :smile:

I don't know of any AUTOMATIC way of making over-lapping panels in Photoshop, I like to be control, so I just handle all large file size panels manually, takes Little more time but I have full control over graphic and text placements regarding overlaps in Photoshop. The RIP can't make judgments...
