Try printing in a slower (higher quality) mode. I don't know much about your specific printer, but most printers lose red at high speed, not enough ink density. Slowing it down can lay more ink. Https://www.firesprint.com

When we uv print acm for the trade we just peel the liner and go. Try different suppliers. The finish is not always the same. Some will work better with you inkset. Light colors are always harder as well.
