Katz Display has the coaster stock you get at a bar, but be careful, it will eat up blades on your cutter like no other. Really needs to be die cut on something like a steel rule die. You can also try different types of tile to make a higher end coaster. Stick some felt or cork to the back...
We're all in the service business. I think you did the right thing by replacing the shirts. As a wholesale partner, we replace stuff all the time if our customers ask us to. Just part of the game. I see alot of people mentioning warranties. I'm not sure that plays into this. With the importance...
If any of you use gmail or g-suite, it does a pretty good job of reminding (nudge) you to follow up on emails you might have missed. Here's a few more tips for gmail users.

Good question! :)
Haha!
We do outsource pretty regularly, just not our core business. We offer it as a service to our customers to bring a deal together, logistically under one roof.
We're nowhere near as large as any of the big wholesalers with numbers in their names (4..3..2), and we offer...
We have purchased similar heads off of eBay in the past and had good luck. eBay does a pretty good job of protecting the buyer in our experience as well.

We have found that many of our largest and most profitable customers are truthful about outsourcing. They add a ton of value by aggregating several vetted suppliers, provide high quality design, installation, and know their customers' industries well. Everyone outsources, ever bought pre-cut...
Are you reselling these? If you are, we can help. We do these all the time. Decals are common, so is HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) which is like a cutting board material.

You can likely buy directly from Newlife too. NewForce & MagHold also have the stuff. Be careful here though. There is a big difference between brands, etc. 030 is not 030 is not 020... You'll be hard pressed to find magnetic as consistent as Magnum - and Magnum is made in the US.
Alumalite or Alumacorr. There is a difference between the solid core materials and the engineered core materials, along with the thickness of the aluminum skin. Texas is right if you are using stringers, but we run 4x8's for a local reseller and they insist on Alumacorr because it's the most...
We can custom quote high volume 030. We'll probably add it as a standard product in the coming months though. We run high quality (USA Made) 020 because it's more conformable and works well for most applications. It's not cheaper, just easier to use and handle with custom contour cutting, etc -...
If you're looking for a wholesaler to help with larger (or smaller) runs, we do alot of magnet. We use a very high quality 020 as our standard stock. Small magnets conform much better this way. https://www.firesprint.com/magnetic-42/products/
We do lots of this kind of stuff for the trade. Stryene is the most common but PVC is used as well. Depends on the required thickness and the time table the end user expects the signs to be up for.
