    I would check out OnPrintShop. But I would also consider both a storefront and an MIS as separate solutions. Great front ends and great MIS systems seem to be two different systems to me.

    Your going to see ink costs between 10 cents and 30 cents per square foot. It can range wildly. Every once in a while, you'll print at a job at 4 cents, but that will be rare.
