I will try the fill up, but its under a one year warranty, and I bought it from Advantage and they are the best with support. I'll try to post pictures tomorrow morning showing what it's doing. I'll maybe just ride them a little harder to figure out what's going on.

You SHOULDN'T need anything wet...but the fact that you are getting bubbles that won't squeegee out when you ARE doing them wet raises some red flags. There's pretty much no easier fail safe method.

I generally ALWAYS considering subbing out my big orders. I tend to make more money on subbing them out than when I do it myself, and I save myself that much time I can be coordinating everything else.

Not sure what tech told you it was a rough thing to move. I moved my JV3 and they told me to just duct tape the head in place. We had a landing and a scissors lift, so we used that to get it down the steps at the old place.

I do not use laminate and I do not use permanent adhesive. I print them on 3621 as fast as I can. I tell them they're just temporary and I see them out 3 years later good as they day they walked out of here.
