I just popped my first two cartridges of it in my JV33. I ran the first set of OEM's that came with it, and now I'm just taking the warranty risk and going with the Triangle. Heard lots of good, and with the $1,000's I'll be saving, even if for some reason it causes my machine to explode...

Unless it's a giant money making cash cow...I don't think sign shops are worth too much really. The equipment, yes...but the actual name doesn't go a ton further. I bought mine for 25K from other family members 8 years ago. That was old equipment, and just a shop full of random tools like...

That's nuts...sometimes stuff can take more abuse than you realize though. Sadly, you don't find that out till you are on the other side of it.

This...but it depends how bad I want the job. I normally don't separate out "logo design", because everyone here seems to think everything should be free, so I just include his design in with whatever the item is I'm quoting, and it's all rolled into "production cost".

They can't do a mesh banner that's two sided? The only other way you could do is is a two sided regular banner w/ wind slits and hope those didn't tear apart on you. I'm normally totally against those though. I've never once done them.

I was just looking today because I had a slow down, but I'm still up about 25% over last year, so no complaints. I seem to be landing a lot of big jobs that I can't do in house, so they're good profit, and all I have to do is a lot of coordinating.

I'm buying Triangle for $61 for a 440ML. I'm not sure how much you pay for bulk, but I didn't think I could hardly beat that price, and not having to do anything but plug in the new cartridges.

I only order Gildan Ultra Cotton, however, I don't dry mine in the dryer ever...all our shirts at our house hang dry, so I don't know how they do with that. Lots of people seem to like them...but I suppose like anything you put in the dryer, they'll shrink over time.
