Make sure the hinge tape is NOT on the film, ONLY on the app tape. I leave an inch or so lead before the vinyl. I bet the bubbles are in a line where the tape was right? BTW any small bubbles go away in a day or two depending on how warm it is, the warmer the better. Dry app is the ONLY way to...

Humidity, or cut just a little deep. I use transfer-rite medium tack (paper) never a problem. I know humidity affects cause we had a air cond problem one summer and it was hell on tape...
