    Yes, you need to laminate...Get ready to spend another $5,000 on a laminator! Are you a sign shop? We use Oracal 210 and 290 laminate. Wraps need to be laminated, pretty much everything we do (except banners and coro) is laminated. What kind of film are you printing? Cast, Cal? Air release?

  17. How long can you print and cut?

    If it is a close cut I never depend on it being 100% over 48". Big stuff that can have more magin or error or so I have print/cut ten feet. Truck lettering and such I try to stay under 48" the less the better. Print and cut without laminating, I have done a 18 foot long with no problems...
