Well it went on third try... I think I see the problem...I tried to print 2 smaller versions along with the larger to utilize the material but it seems maybe the file was to large.

Is there a restriction in Flexi that after it generates the job file it refuses to rip the file? I have twice tried sending bitmap 3' x 8'to the printer and both times I see nothing in the production manager and everything sits idle after it generates the job? What can I do...reboot?

I have an old graphtec that used to do that and I would have to put white grease into the bearings in the blade holder to free it up. My newer Graphtec blade holders seem not to do that but I am not sure you can even access the bearings inside anymore. Take a look and see if it is possible

I want to wipe an entire hard drive and start fresh and install win xp. How do I go about wiping an entire hard drive to start fresh. Win xp does not seem to think I have enough disk space, yet I have plenty. Can I wipe everything and start fresh?
