Hey easy folks I assumed we all knew that the gemini studs would have pads. and since this was on dibond I figured all would know it is too thin for aluminum studs only and it would require the studs with pad mounts.

One Shot, PVC, Omega board....they are all doomed to fail because IMO they start out good...
I would do digital prints mounted on 1/4" pvc and mount with stand offs. Each pic would have a border on it, if he wanted a nice product. This would be economical and still make a nice looking presentation
you are correct! 1" aluminum pan with basecoat clearcoat and then vinyl on outside 2021 concept clear. 3 days after install the lawn maintenace guy scraped both sides with his lawn beast!
I think Im gonna start driving 1" round steel rods in teh ground sticking up bout 3" around signs to keep...
If this were my job i would place two gemini studs in rear of plaque drill only 2 holes in the stucco and dabs of silicone on the sign itself it will hold and it will last. the studs in back will deter you from screwing thru the face of the sign
the studs will secure the sign while the cilicone...
One thing this cannot be applied to is large contractors and or large bids. You will wait fior your money up to 6 months later in some cases. You cannot get any money down on large jobs. These pay great in the end if you can hold out.
