This discussion requires a budget. We love our Zund cutter and can cut all the materials we sell including aluminum and acrylic. It's also kiss cuts decals better than just about anything I have seen. They are not cheap though. The video above is us routing 1/2" PVC.

For a hand grommeter, this machine is fantastic. It leverages in a way that most machines don't utilize. We use one when we grommet aluminum or PVC.
