Sorry about that, it was the first one I saw on a search. There are quality ones that work. I used one that the boss bought for fixing his sail in an emergency. They also have heavy duty plastic tabs for sail repair.

Use better materials and wash and wax a few times a years, but digital prints only last so long anyhow. Also work on the design, fabrication and installation.

I use Gerber (3M) 220 or Arlon 2100. I can do jobs like this as a Thermal print but prefer all cut vinyl if possible. If I do a print I will overlaminate with clear. Use the best cast vinyl you can get. That's what the boat manufacturers use at the factory so it will hold up as well as the original. I'm doing a boat job right now and I won't do the removal. To get done right it will need a good buffing after removal and I leave that to the yard or a boat...

Like was said, banner covers are fairly simple and easy to outsource. Building a new structure is a whole different animal and at least where I am requires permits and licenses,so I would work with a contractor that has the skills and machines to get it done. Also, running your own business...

Any real "rustic" wood isn't going to last 5 years without needing maintenance. Even natural cedar or redwood will need a clear coat once in a while. The most durable outdoor wood finish is two part marine clear. The other option is to use composite wood, like Trex. That will last indefinitely...

Using a PMS color for match at least gives them something to shoot for. That's why I like Wyld, when I use them and give a PMS they know what I'm looking for and will let me know if there are issues
