Yeah, I got that free roll with my printer also. It printed okay, but I didn't like it as much as the 3M product I use all the time (IJ35-10 and IJ35C-10). I've also used a lot of Oracal 3651 and it all runs just fine using the "HP Glossy Adhesive Vinyl" profile. I've also run an LG brand vinyl...

Great post! But... I do disagree about the "dumb" plastic rolls! If you use the winder, the rolls are essential to get the media winding smoothly. At least it does for me... Or I'm a total idiot, because if I don't use it, the media generally mucks up!!! Also, I rarely laminate prints, and...

I'm working on it! Never said I was a busy shop in this area! :smile: The equipment is paying for itself which is a good thing! The rest of the business carry's any short fall months! We did $85K in sales in October and $23K of that was sign related! :clapping:

Sounds like a messed up profile if you ask me. I use the same banner material and only ever use the HP scrim banner profile. Never had any issues, so I see no reason to use a different one. If it ain't broke, I don't fix it! :noway:
