    651 is really good stuff - use it most of the time, but i would use HP vinyl where somebody might REALLY care. and 651 metallics arent very durable - use HP for that too.

    yeah, i personally have not installed 3M reflective wet, but i've seen the mildew issues. There are better reflectives available. I saw the Oracal guys at the orlando show demo their reflective - really good stuff and nice workability - dry.

    dont be fooled- you may still want to lam for automotive decals. they will not be solvent or strong cleaner resistant.
