So this has only happen on this print. For some reason it has a green tint. All other prints are perfect. Roland sc540 soljet2 ex. Using colorip. Has anyone seen this
for oracal/orajet. Can find them on roland or oracal site. My man from express sign products has emailed his bud from Oracal but ive yet to hear back. Anyone with this machine have them and would like to share. Thanks

The heat controller is actually mounted on the bottom that's why I removed it for transportation. There was just enough room in the bottom of the printer to Polk the serial end up through. I remember it perfect now lol. I know as son as I gets home and looks there it's going to be there...
OMG. U are a saint!! I can't belive it. Now that you mention it I now remember disconnecting that wire and pushing it up through a hole so it wouldn't pinch off during shipping. Wow I can't belive I forgot that. However this machine is a big step up from just a vinyl cutter.

I don't get it, this thing worked great at the shop. However I did have to unplug the controller for disassemble and shipping. There are 3 plugs two of which are the same. I did try switching them two but still the same.

Hello there!!, i bought a used sc540ex this weekend and i cant get it to connect to the PC. The PC came with the printer. At the place where i got it everything worked perfect. I forgot to look at how they had it connected to the pc but i called her and she said it wall all hooked up by ethernet...
Here is a sample of how it's printing. When I do line pitch adjustment it helps correct the very thin white line but the bigger line doesn't appear to change
