I also meant to say earlier, in regards to putting an artist's palette in a sign compnay logo; it, as far as I know, has nothing to do with actual sign painting and especially not computer generated graphics. It might be OK for someone who paints murals or does fine art.

What do I think? It's all over the place. It has no flow, no focal point. It reads oddly and the colors are not appealing. The fonts are weak and dated, more appropriate for a wedding invitation or the program of a school play. And try to avoid the old "and more" cliché. It seems redundant...

Bob it looks great. Hopefully it won't get a lot of YARD SALE signs taped to it! There is no reason a trailer park's sign shouldn't be as nice as the sign for a swanky carriage home plan. Maybe you will start a fad. There's a trailer park near here with a sign so ugly I'd like to donate one...

So nobody in the history of vinyl has ever cut this stuff? I think I used it once about 10 years ago. Looks like it is the good old trial and error method, I need it for a job in the morning. :)

So this weekend entails repainting a concrete lawn jockey for my 96 year old customer. She said he doesn't really need painted but she likes it so much when I come and paint him.

In looking at the color chart, I think the translucent won't show up at all. And layering it might look bad. FDC (available thru Wensco) has a frosted rose #114 in their cast frosted crystal series. It might look a little too Saturday night at the trailer park praying to the velvet Elvis...
