do they specialize in law enforcement cards or just do foil? I work with a BCE (Business Card Express) in New Hampshire but they do foil but not like this. these are foil/embossed official seals and I need to have that kind. thanks

the rims are amazing! I drove one of these way back in my younger days! mine was the redish orange colored and it had three windshild wippers...brings back memories! agree, as far as I rremember, it was smoother with no real sharp lines.
