you could see if there is a newer version th Flexi which are generally available for free. I had the same problem with mine when it was new and for months I would have to reboot the comp and the Mimaki if I killed a job as anything after that would give me errors. The newer rev fixed that and...

strange as I have been getting those also. I generally open newer eps and ai files across my network in another computer. When theres a problem with the file I find if I go back to the main computer and try to delete it, I can't until the other computer is shut down.
