  1. The right media for the job?

Remember, it's not how long the vinyl will last, but how long your inks will last. Most vinyls will go 10 years, but most inks are 4 to 6 years plus whatever you get extra with laminate, maybe 10 months or 18 more. Also, which way the sign is facing and what colors are being used will impact...
  2. Need Help What do you use instead of this?

We get a 48" log of double-sided tape and with the laminator put it on. Be sure to get the correct tape to match your combined surfaces. Saws, routers and CNC machines cut through everytrhing like there's nothing there. The roll is very heavy and needs 2 people to pick it up in the beginning...

  8. Install 4 x18 on brick wall

    That sorta changes a lotta things. You first said 4' × 18' now, it's grown to 40 ' ×16'.
  9. Install 4 x18 on brick wall

I would use 2" × 6" battens, but up and down, not across. It does not prevent bird nests or wasp nests or anything else, but it makes it much easier to clean out if they do build back there. Keep the edges in maybe 2" from the top and bottom. If you go direct onto the brick, the sign will be...
  10. holes in printing

How about a totally different file ?? Are you also using the correct profile ??
