We get a 48" log of double-sided tape and with the laminator put it on. Be sure to get the correct tape to match your combined surfaces. Saws, routers and CNC machines cut through everytrhing like there's nothing there. The roll is very heavy and needs 2 people to pick it up in the beginning...

Non-glare laminate should work.

Hopefully you pulled some off the roll, so it didn't hafta pull the full weight of a new roll. That'll always f*ck with things. edit: that's a technical term.

That sorta changes a lotta things. You first said 4' × 18' now, it's grown to 40 ' ×16'.
