Under normal circumstances die-cut vinyl does not need any lamination whatsoever. You say you are not printing, so what needs to be laminated.... or why do you think it needs to be laminated ??

What's the overall size ?? Do you have good hand-painting experience ?? What kinda paints do you intend to use ?? Is this a school, place of business, warehouse...... ??

I'm not a latex guy, so maybe you oughta ask BigFish. He has all those kinda answers. :thumb:

I've read this thread twice and still haven't figured out what you are applying these circles to ?? What is the flatstock you're using ?? You say plastic, but is that acrylic, pvc or what and are you supplying that or the customer ??

I think either will work, but the samples shown by the OP seem to be somewhat all opaque. You can't see the buildings outside her samples as you can see the trees through ikarasu's sample. Perhaps even a translucent might work.
