get some pole banner, as in the pockets or the hardware (poles)?? Bannerflex for the poles is what i use and "hh-66" adhesive for the pockets.

this sounds like an oxymoronic word.

oh boy. your crop marks are not the right size under settings. so, if you make a 6mm crop mark in your program and try to cut it, the machine needs to be set for the same size. don't know why, but that is what i have to do to mine...
