that is not right. you have a router/pinging issue of some kind. you need to reset the router and NAS by restarting everything hooked up to that, i think. i used an early imac once and it opened a GIGBITE file in photoshop with less time than that. as they say, "your pipes are clogged"

if your ruining both sides with HH66, you are guilty of two things. 1. way too much glue. 2. using the skinniest, lightest banner material When i do double sided, i use 20oz scrim and leave a naked space for WHERE the glue goes. i also mask the area to keep the glue from infecting the ink area...

if you have them, you would need to get some opti-clear adhersive (laminate only) it is a double sided sticky lam that allows you to mirror things
