blasting lets see. blasting a soft organic wood that has more grain than a wheat field with a total controlled, but random material. yea. that explains it. you are better off with a router, sir.....

so, a customer asked me if i mirror tint windows (inside). it can't be any worse than frosted glass. my question is, where to get the material for doing this job? thanks chris

calculate amount of material and laminate and ink used. calculate how much time it takes to squeege all those rivets. dont' forget hourly shop expenses. design charges? clean and prep charges? take that ball of fun and add your profit! good luck. Mosher

while i like to help everybody, this is one strange problem to have. so, those waves are random? 1. check to make sure that is black. like 100% black. not 100% of each color. that would be too much ink coverage and pooling would result. this would make you crank the heat due to drying issues...

waiting for my big expensive materials i will wait a day. everything else? don't matter. there IS a difference. outgassing will show up in tiny bubbles where when you wait for it, the image is much richer and darker.. we print with a mimaki jv33 ss21 inks.

hi. this kind of reminds me of starving inks. you said the black prints good. is that just 100% black? or is there other values in it? ink coverage is always under looked at. orange is only 100% yellow and 50% magenta. not the same coverage as say 60%40%70% and 100% black... i suggest running 12...
