EXACTLY! Max-Metal is all we use. I love the satin finish, especilly on the black. I spray it with Mathews paint for color, it holds paint very well. The best part is the edges look so much better than alumicore, especially on shape cut blanks. Alumia-core will dent it you look at it wrong....

I use blades on glass all the time (NEVER ON PAINT) never had glass scratch, but I am not using a diamond tipped blade...

I just make fun of customers who want chrome so much they 1) follow my advise and use proper materials or 2) get the F@# out of my shop. I would not wipe my rear with chrome vinyl. If you use chrome on anything other than a crap...race cars you care more about money that making quality signs...

Yes you need to be real careful and pull the tape back on it's self. Apping to drywall is a slow hard, PITA thing to do! This is why I LOVE all the "wall stencil" shops. In the last 10 years we have had AT LEAST 20 people try to open shops doing this ...and FAIL!!!. Once they found out how...
