    vhb a 2" wide peice of .040 on the back with 1" hanging out. This will make your seam tight. Also cut the two panels the same size so the joint is in the middle, unless your design hides it te way it is.

    Same guy we did the first set, he is just trying to get me to do the layout for free. Also I was contacted by his "board" to see what the hold up is. He told them I was being slow. I told them the fact was I do not have the finished artwork...so nothing to print. AARRH, time to get my drink on.

    Are you a sign shop???? You realize the new street sign standards required by law correct? Reflectivity and Letter size and such. Someone gets in a car wreck improper signs WILL lead to lawsuits +2 call a sign shop! Leave this to professionals.

    Not for Version 5, not sure when the did the files, but I have a 5 and a 6e running and didn't need the files. On the v 9 I did though.

    Sounds like a problem with the Dongle. You do have the security dongle plugged into a port right? If not you need to plug it into the serial port or usb port depending on what type, BEFORE you open SignLab. If you didn't get one when you bought the program you got hosed.
